My monitor is not displaying full screen windows 7

Hello,
my display is bigger then my screen. how do i make my display including my desktop and all windows fit my screen?

This is a pretty simple fix,head over to the Start Menu,type in Display and adjust the Display to small or medium since I'm guessing it's that but if that doesn't work,look on the left and there should be a thing saying adjust resolution,click on that and adjust the resolution to what you're monitor is at.

Right click on desktop-->click Screen Resolution--> Adjust your resolution.
