After a long I had a run in with my pc, trying to power my new video card. It worked for awhile, but afterwards I found that one of the Ram chips was bad. I got an error saying that the boot manager was missing and after several attempts I finally decided to reinstall Windows 7. When I tried to access the web internet explorer was present and then disappeared and between all of my browsers including chrome as well gave me message saying may be impersonating my internet. Will post a picture so all of you can see.
