I can upgrade to a Celeron 533 PPGA form factor (370pin socket) stuck into a slocket with a LX6 motherboard, correct? Do I need to upgrade the BIOS or change voltage switches? Currently have a Pentium II 266... What low-cost video card would work nicely with this CPU? Thanks!

You should not have any problem using the STANDARD celeron, meaning not the 533-A. Maybe you'd better update your bios, but I don't think it's absolutely necessary.
