I will replace my mobo soon, so i thought i'll need to reinstall/format HDD. I never set up RAID array before, but this time i'd like to get it running. How should i proceed? Do i need drivers before i go format? Where do i find the RAID menu?

The mobo is Gigabyte X58 UD5.

OK, there's a BIOS setting on your mobo to set your HDDs as a RAID. Once that's enabled, you'll see a new screen at startup where you hit Alt+I, I think, to configure your RAID.

As far as I remember, Windows 7 didn't have any problems detecting my 2-hdd RAID 0 when I installed it.
