Im not recieving all my mail

Hello,
I have a virgin account @blueyonder.co.uk but i currently get my mail through windows live mail, recently some mail dosn't come through if i log on to virgin view mail its there and i can resend it to myself.
I have checked the outbox and spam.
Can anyone help?

Use THUNDERBIRD its free and a PROPER Email program...
