Wmp12 not automaticly adding new folder?

I have had windows media player now for 2 months now. All of my songs are in my wmp12 libary. Last night I added a new folder of different albums to my music folder. I thought wmp12 is suposed to scan for new tracks automaticly? I have tryed to add them manually a few different ways now. I still can't get them on there. Will it eventualy move over to my wmp12 libairy? Or should. Just use media monkey and forget it? Thanks

hit f3 and manually add the folder to the list that WMP watches.

i have tryed everything. my pc has been on for a day now and still the files arent added. i miss wmp11. for now i will just use media monkey
