Blue Screen Of Death

I have been getting this error since past 1 month. I have replaced my old motherboard and ram with a new one. But the problem still persists. The computer freezes for every half an hour. It is really irritating. Till now, I have contacted two service centers. But they couldn't do anything except the suggesting to change the motherboard and ram. I would like to know where the problem lies? I am using Windows 7 OS

make sure your cpu fan is plugged in. get some compressed air and blow through all your heatsinks and fans, including the power supply, in order to clean out the dust.
