Why my KB is slow on explorer only?

when i type on my keyboard it's too slow, but when i type in a word document it's normal, why?

Is it a wireless keyboard? They can randomly go very slow sometimes for various reasons.

ok, anytime i want to type in any application that is linked to the internet i my keyboard is extremely slow.. i type like aletter in every second. sometimes i have to stroke the same key few times before the letter accepted.. but when i type in an MS Word document i can type normally without a problem!

No, the KB is not wireless, it's Tohiba laptop.
