Booting problem

Hello,
I recently installed a new software, everything was fine, the next day when i turned it on it gives me a system error, i tried the start up launch repair but it freezes like i just see the mouse arrow but nothing happends, also tried resettin my BIOS, changing the bootable sequence...but nothing happends...thanks in advance..

Hello... boot from your Windows install Disc now and see your options... reseting your BIO's was a pre- mature action here... might have to use your disc for a repair now.

I really hope you meant that you cleared your CMOS, as opposed to your actual BIOS/UEFI.

Also, what software is this, and what errors are you getting when you try to boot?

Are you able to get into Safe Mode by pressing F8 when the computer starts to boot up?
