Need help about downloads please

Hello,
I have a Hacker in my computer, he now has my downloads going to my name/downloads and they don't show under downloads that can be uninstalled.
How do I change this to go to the normal downloads?

Turn off your computer or disconnect from the internet and run a virus scan and locate the file(s) being used by the supposed "hacker".

I do have to admit I think you are the first that I've noted that isn't freaking about about a "hacker" in your computer.
