Acer vs sager

i am looking at 2 similar notebooks, an acer aspire AS5742G-7200, and a sager NP5135
i am trying to decide which would be the better choice
they both have almost identical specs (aside from the video card, which is slightly faster in the sager)
the asus is 750 dollars and the sager, with windows, is 832 dollars.
my budget is 800, so buying the sager is somewhat tipping the scales slightly
in the long run, would the sager or asus be the best choice for gaming, video editing, programming, and 3d design?

So, is it an Asus or an Acer? If it's between Acer and Sager, I'd spend the additional cash and go with the Sager, as it will prove to be far more reliable in the long run, at least in my opinion.
