Gaming monitor

Hi im looking for a gaming monitor 24 inch 1080/1200p 150 to 300$

Im looking at either:

RL2450HT from BenQ (although cant seem to see a lot of review)

or

ASUS VS248H-P

Any other suggestion?

probably not helpful, but I saw a BenQ monitor that was playing regular TV channels and internet pages flawlessly. However, when a HD dvd was played ( not sure the resolution)... it was painfully obvious that the monitor could not keep up the graphics.. to the point of being seasick.
