Thunderbird Cooling

I got to reading the spects on the New Thunderbird 1GHz and above processors and so on, and I want to know what the best way to cool these processors is. These new CPU's produce in up words of 65 to 75 btu's. More than enough needed to melt a motherboard.

Personally, I think the Alpha PAL6035MFC has the best cooling to noise compromise of the bunch he compared.
