4 gb RAM
1 gb Video card
15" display or better.
I have been looking at Alienware but those are way to expensive, plus I would have to order through Dell. I do not trust Dell computers. I am afraid that Alienware has been comprimized by dell. So I have been looking at Toshiba, Asus, and Lenovo. I am liking the Toshiba Qosmos. but my experiance with toshiba has been 1 hour battery life and I realize that what I intend to do with this new laptop, I will need to plug it in.
The laptop will be primary an entertainment machine. Games like Fallout 3, COD MW 2, Black ops and such. I will also be streaming video and want to push to T.V. I believe the Core i7,i5 and i3 can all do that. As far as the RAM I would like to expand later if needed. I will also be doing picture/video editing on the fly. I can do the Heavy stuff at home on my main computer at home. I would like this laptop to be good for around a good 5 years with a minimal amont of upgrading. Any Ideas
It sounds real good to me except, the NVidia card. I still have a bad taste in my mouth from a BFG Vid card,(NVidia)purchase I made a year ago. I am wanting to know more about ATI cards. I'll check around for ATI notebooks. I won't be buying until Feb.
