How to change the start menu??

please how to change the start menu with picture ?? is there any changer like start button changer (auto) only on click change without number..... (not with editing the picture)

What picture are you talking about?
To change the picture in your start menu in the top right corner, simply click on it then go to change your picture and pick from your hard drive.
Or are you wanting to change the icon on of your windows 7 start menu (the windows bubble on the bottom left)?

no. not the picture but the start menu.the aero theme i think it's boring with white color.
