Athlon/Duron Chipsets?

It seems lately that there have been lots of announcements re chipsets and variations for the Athlon/Duron processors. It's all become a bit hard to keep track of.

Could someone please summarize what is currently available and what will shortly be available and the advantages/disadvantages of each chipset if any.
