Error code C 0030002. Power off/on
Last response: in Windows 7
Printer will not operate. Error code is C 0030002, power off /on.
I checked for obstruction to the print cartridge and unplugged power plug amd plugged back in.
Neither worked.

Tried getting the most recent drivers?
HP OfficeJet T45
Bought around 2001 or so but has been working fine as a printer/fax/copier
For home use.....scanner stopped working a few years ago.
I don't know how to get drivers
