BSOD BCCCODE 50

Quite an urgent thread I think..

My PC will crash whenever I open programs like wordpad or notepad. I have recently bought a new keyboard I think it may be the problem somehow, Gigabyte Aivia K8100 2.0

I have tried restoring my system uninstalling recently installed programs, I have swopped around my memory. I would would rather not re-install windows. I have also run Prime95 for hours straight and no hardware errors have appeared. Help will be much appreciated.
