If you're a wizard of any race, and you have the Heir talent, go to
Lawenilothehl and kill Hotzenplotz with the Wand of Fire you start
with. You get to lvl 6 instantly for killing him and his two
bodyguards. Plus you get like 2400 gold for killing him. He drops 2000,
and his minions drop 200 each.

But if you do that, you miss the Raider Lord and the reward from the
sheriff.. If you take out him first, then you should be get to level 3 or 4
which is enough to kill Hotzenplotz if you're a wizard with a spell like
fire bolt.

Works also well if you're a mindcrafter starting with a acid wand. Gets
you to L5 or so. Especially good 'cause mindcrafters have difficulties
in the beginning.
