I need an ethernet controller driver, and a HP Photosmart plus B209a-m. If thats possible I would be ever so GREATFUL for all your help !! I have searched everywhere else.

Are you running Windows XP by some chance? Windows 7 and Windows 8 have native support for almost every Ethernet controller available.
