What is that about, I am not allowed to edit my own post?

Goal: Making a usb female to ps2 male extension cable.

Info.: Using a ps2 cable removed from a keyboard. At one end of the cable is a male ps2 connector. The ps2 cable has 5 wires. One non insulated wire which is ground. Please go to http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/9b/PS2_...
for pin locations.
Green wire is located at 2. Yellow wire is located at 3. Red wire is located at 4. White wire is located at 6.

Go to http://ntcdistributing.com/bigprod/ura-1001-clear.jpg for usb pin locations.
Name the 4 straight up pins from left to right 1, 2, 3 and 4. The used female usb connector looks like the pictured one.

Q1: How do I wire green, yellow, red and white to pin 1, 2, 3 and4?

Q2: What about the ground wire?

Thank you.

What is your REAL goal?

PS2 and USB are not compatible protocols. Yes, some USB keyboards and mice come with a short USB to PS2 adapter, but those devices are made to sense when the adapter is being used and they automatically switch to using the PS2 protocol.
