Red dots blue lines on scren, black colour turns to be red

Hello,
i am having lenovo laptop, whenever i start my windows it starts with the red window instead of black. after starting, it shows red dots and blue lines..
please help..

You can try updating the video drivers, but this sounds more like a defective video card, specifically video ram corruption. If that's the case, it will need sent in for repair.
