Invalid local access network IP address configuration

Above is the error that comes up after I troubleshoot this issue. okay so to start off let me say the things i have done.

1. I have restarted my computer multiple times and restarted the modem and router.
2. I've checked my services to make sure that that weird code is not there and it was not.

this problem just came up recently and had no issues with it before and this computer has been running for over a year.

In your network settings - IPV4/IPV6 - are you using DHCP and automatic network configuration, or do you have static IP Addresses?

Im going to assume i have the former. Now the error is Local Area Connection dosen't have a valid IP connection....
