UPS (Uniterrupted Power Supply

I want to invest in a UPS as in my city as there is frequent power cuts.
Please suggest what kind of UPS should I invest in. I need to give it a backup for 2 laptops(connected for charging), a wirelss router cum modem,a desktop and monitor. What should be power capacity of the UPS and I would like to give it a power backup of atleast 15-20 minutes.

Your laptops do not really need a UPS; the battery in them works just like one

To size a UPS we need to know the max draw in watts that your desktop and monitor use.
