Is their any way to increase the size of the L2 Cache on a AMD T-Bird 900 CPU?
I have a "ASUS A7V KT133" and the PC-Probe app lists the L2 cache size as
"Maximum cache size = 8192K"
"Installed Size = 256K"
So I am thinking maybe there is a way to increase it with some kind of application I would think that it would share the Ram from the M/B.

When all else fails hit it with a hammer!

Theoretically yes. Realistically no. At least not yet.

Well, I supp you could buy a 7000K SRAM chip and randomly solder the legs to some other legs on the processor and see what happens :)

There is no way to 'upgrade' L2 on a chip - it's part of the chip itself. However, AMD may decide to put 512KB or 1024KB into new Athlons at some point in the future.
