My laptop was under warranty and the keyboard froze. Customer Service told me I had a VIRUS. They couldn't help me until I gave them my cc for a charge of $169.99. They then told me I had to ship them the laptop to them for another $15.00. How do I join in to file a claim?
Chances are that it doesn't have a VIRUS, but rather it is a hardware issue that can be remedied for free due to the 1 year factory warranty. Get back in touch with customer support and tell them that you will not pay for shipping due to the factory warranty.
