[announce] New file on the Angband FTP server

The following file has been added to the Angband FTP server:

- Randomband 0.4.1 - Source code (by Kenneth Strom)

P.S.: If you have a new version or port that should be added to the FTP
server, then please mail it to "ftp@thangorodrim.net". I'll upload the
files as soon as possible. Please include a meaningful description of the
file, so that I know where to place it.

My mailserver is configured to automatically drop mails with *.exe, *.bat,
*.scr, *.com, or *.pif attachments. So if your file has such an extension,
then please send it inside a .zip, .tar.gz, or .tar.bz2 archive and include
a short note in the email text. In that case I'll extract the contained
file before uploading it.
