Hi,

Will a Lexar 1GB 60x SD card like at
http://www.dpreview.com/news/0402/ [...] r1gbsd.asp work well in
a Palm m515? More generally, what are Lexar cards like? Should I stay
away? What about the "Transcend" brand?

Thanks in advance for any advice people can provide.

Lexar acts up in my T|E, but fine in my camera. Other people swear by them,
however.

I have a regular speed 1Gb Lexar SD card. It has given me no problems.
I tried a 32X speed 1Gb Lexar SD card to see if the application load
time would be improved. I used VFSmark to compare the two cards, and
the regular speed card was faster in all tests! So, the limiting factor
for expansion card speed in my Tungsten E appears the Palm interface,
rather than the individual cards themselves.

I have a 128MB Lexar card, and it works fine in my m505, although
I usually use it in my Tungsten|T, where it works fine also.

(Yes, I have two PDAs. Actually, I have 8 of them if you count broken
ones someone gave me because they thought I could fix them, etc.)
