NEW SYSTEM WON T BOOT

Hello everyone, I have a big problem, my new t-bird system won't boot up. It freezes after showing how much ram I have. I use a 900 thunderbird with a msi k7t pro2a mainboard and 256mb micron ram. PLZ anyone experienced this ? help me out, i'v been without a PC for 3 WEEKS ! im currently on my bro s sloooow mac. so sad, so u must help !!!

Pop your heatsink off and check CPU for discoloration. It might be fried.
Ive seen no bios dead and constant reboots from different burnt CPU's
check your core for cracks or chips
