The link doesn't work on the second one. It all depends on what you plan to do with either, i.e. gaming, Internet, Office, video/photo editing, etc... I'd personally stay away from HP, as they don't exactly make the most reliable laptops in the world. What's your budget? Perhaps we can find something out there that will get the job done and last.

With no gaming planned, graphics doesn't matter very much, so you'll probably want the Intel machine for better CPU performance.
