what cell phone do u have?

if u have an iPhone, use PhotoSync app

Plug it into you computer use the USB cable and use it as a drive. When it mounts go into it through Computer or My Computer depending on OS and find the folder that says DCIM.

Your pictures will be in there.

Dont expect them to looka as good on your computer as they do on your phone.
