[NPP] New colors!

I play in text mode, have since I first found roguelikes with frogknows,
just never got into the tiles.

The new 256 colors is sooo nice. Seeing the difference between a Jelly and
an Ooze at a glance, items on the floor in vibrant colors that are different
enough that no longer do Yellow/Gold potions and Flasks of Oil all look the
same.

When I saw the update notes I was thinking it was too minor of an addon to
bother with updating. Now I so LOVE them.
