I have an acer 23"LED Monitor

After a power failure, my screen resolution changed and I inadvertantly changed my refresh rate that now leaves my monitor blank with the message "Input Not Supported". How do I fix this and return my ability to see my computer screen again?

Hit F8 when the PC is starting up to go to boot options, select VGA Mode, change settings after that. Reboot normally.

For an LCD you want the refresh rate at 60.
