Screen resolution problem

Hello,
My screen resolution is set to the normal setting but for some reasons, certain programs on my computer such as email, facebook, and others are suddenly showing up in a large type.

If you don't want to mess with any settings, when on facebook ect: Just hold the control (Ctrl) key down and scroll the mouse wheel and you can have any size text you want
