I want a Ultra-Mobile notebook.
So i choice it between 300M and X31.
But i don't kown which is better include built quality and performance.
Especially their battery,I need it could be uesed long.
I like X31's 16MB ATI Mobility RADEON,but i unaccustomed to use it's Pointing Device Type.
It too hard to choice.
I want your advice,THANKS!

Take a look at the Latitude X300 - same basically as the 300m, but a few more options. Tough Choice I agree. But I suppose if you are looking for such a small notebook, games aren't really a priority...

I'd say go for the Dell instead? Since you do not get used with the accu pt.
However Dell got a love or hate outlook that you have decide rather taking it or not

Thanks for your respond.
I have take a look at Dell Latitude X300.
It used 4 cell battery and X31 used 6 Cell Lithium-Ion battery .
Then.Which one can be uesd longer.
Thanks!

If you are able to pay like 500 more, get the toshiba's portege M100. It's really expensive tho but the performance and they use good stuff that I think it just worths it. But I just can't stand with the accu point

Do you mean 'what is it made of?' The Chassis is made out of a Steel, Magnesium, Aluminium Polymer covered with rigid plastic, and the back of the LCD is Magnesium.

""Since you do not get used with the accu pt."" - there are two reasons i love IBM: ""accu pt"" and titanium cover (can't "beat" that). hate that stupidly slow touch pad and plastic covers. just my life experience, nothing spesial ;)

..this is very useful and helpful place for information...
