I am about to get a laptop, and for the OS I am thinking about getting the Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit + Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Upgrade Coupon. What happens if I upgrade my Vista Home Premium to a Vista Ultimate? Will I be able to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate (not Home Premium) with my coupon?

I am thinking about doing this because it will save me about $50 if I buy the Vista Ultimate upgrade for $60 versus getting the Vista Ultimate straight up for an additional $110.

Yes, you will be able to upgrade your Vista Home Premium to Ultimate then
you can upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate.
