How to use two HDMI devices with one monitor with only one HDMI plug?

Hello,

I was wondering if it's possible that I can use my PC and PS3 to hook it up to one monitor with only one HDMI plug? Is there some kind of adapter that will allow me to do that? And if so, what is it? I don't want to have to keep plugging and unplugging the HDMI cables each time when I want to use the PC or PS3. If there is such a thing, please tell me what it is.
