Anyone have the Logitech G700 mouse?

Anyone have this mouse? I am trying to find out what happens if you leave the mouse ON but untouched/unused. Does it go into some standby mode and preserve battery life? Or will it just run full power and discharge the battery in day or two?

All wireless mice use battery power even when stood idle, that's why they have an on-off slider switch on the base so you can turn it off overnight or while your away.

When I turn mine off, I place it upside-down on the desk to remind me that it needs switching on.

I know they all use battery power 24/7. I'm trying to determine how long the battery will last left ON but unused.
