Hello,
The enter and arrow keys have stopped working on my keyboard and the computer is relatively new. I was using the standard keyboard that came with the computer. So, I changed the keyboard to a spare one I have and the same issue is happening. In addition, shortcut keys don't work either (ctrl+C to copy, etc.). All of the other keys work fine. Can you help?

Go to device manager (just type it in start menu) and delete all entries under Keyboards then reboot the PC.
