Extra cooling Dell Dimension 8300 possible?? (HDD at 50+ d..

Hi,

I have a Dell Dimension 8300 Multi Media Extreme, i own it since March 4th
and i'm very satisfied with it.

However, i noticed it runs very hot, possibly due to the Ati Radeon 9800XT.
The system fan almost everytime runs in high gear, only when it's very cold
in my room it's quiet..
I have also 2 Maxtor 250GB sata drives, 1 Dell supplied the other from
another supplier.
The other died last week without warning, i'm not sure but it could be
because of heat. (Drive temp measured with DTemp: 50-53 degrees Celcius)

My Ati Radeon is about 70 degrees when idle at these temps (about 30 degrees
outside)

Any way i could get the system cooler without breaking the rest of my 3 year
warranty??

If i just could get the system a bit cooler, that would be great.
Any way to install an extra fan or PCI-card with fan??
But it seems impossible to add a extra fan and or coolers for my Maxtors
(seems like special bays..)
