I have an ASUS P2BD-S motherboard with dual PIII 800's can I overclock my chips upto 1GHZ??? Or am I screwed becuase I'm using such an old chipset? Any help would be really appreciated.

yes, you can overclock with a bx board, btw bx is still alive and kicking.

Yes. BTW I did not know the coppermine was supported on this one. Jumper settings support up to 112MHz bus speed allowing you to get them up to 900MHz. There was a guy looking in this forum for a BX that supported Dual Coppermines, I hope he finds his way to this one!

Well I just changed the jumper settings on my board and got the the speed upto 900Mhz and everything seems stable so far. I'll see what happens over the next couple of days but yeah I got the boost and all it took was about 5 seconds.
