Need Help Choosing a Monitor

Last January I assembled my first PC ever and have been since using a cheap Samsung TV as my monitor. (resolution of only 1366x768) I'm close to the money needed for a new monitor and would like to ask which I should buy.

I opted for these because they were IPS displays with a pretty decent response time for the technology. I am open for a different monitor but keep in mind I don't want to spend more than a little bit over $200. Oh an in case this matters I have a Radeon 6950 Twin Frozr III and am not sure if DVI works with it. I've only ever used HDMI so I'm not sure.

I wouldn't recommend either one of those monitors. If you want to keep it at a 23in then this monitor would do better than either one of those you picked.

For about to same cost as the ones you picked I'd go with this 24in instead.
