Does anyone have any opinions about Samsung s20a300b or LG e2350vr?

I am getting a monitor for my new computer and I have narrowed it down to these two:

This LG: http://www.amazon.com/LG-23-LED-Monitor/dp/B003D9SJ5S

Please note that the price I would be getting the Samsung at would be $130 and the price I would be getting the LG at would be $180. Please also note that my connection will be DVI and that I am NOT a gamer. Does anyone have any opinions about either of them? By looking at them in the store, I can see that, despite being smaller and having a lower resolution, the Samsung has a brighter image and can be viewed at any angle without color distortion.

Depends on what you want to do with it. If you want to game or watch movies/HD content the LG is better because it supports full 1080p video. If not and you just want an office type unit, the cheaper Samsung should serve you fine. Unless of course you want the extra screen real estate that comes with a larger and higher-res monitor.
