okay I started out with a 32 bit Windows 7 I somehow change Windows 7 using command prompt from a 32 bit to a 64 bit I know there is a way because I did it awhile back now I don't know how to change it back is there a way I can change my 64 bit back to a 32 bit using the command prompt again. I learned this from a lot a research now I just want to remember how to change it back any help would be appreciated.

You didn't. There is no way to go from 32bit to 64bit without reinstalling. I don't know what you did at the command prompt, but it wasn't changing it.

Why do you need 32bit? 64bit is just fine in this day and age. I have 64bit win7 at home and don't have any issues.
