ATI High Definition audio device not plugged in

HI! Happy New Year

I have/had an Altec Lansing sub woofer which I have been using for 6 years.

The pins have broken now and there are only two left so obviously there is no sound.

I have an ATI HD card installed by the manufacturer but the device manager says this is not plugged in.

I am not aware of any method of plugging this into ???? My Driver Robot continually shows this as one needing new drivers; however, when I push repair it shows green as installed. But the next time I run a driver scan the same 5 drivers show up and every time.

I do not know if my drivers are at fault or ???????????

Can you please advise anything I might do to allow me to hear
my music and the sounds on videos etc?
