Benq usb webcam pc

Hi my name is Karen Cassidy,
I brought a Benq usb webcam throught ebay for my daughter so she can get onto our computer or laptop so she can talk to her friends, it came with no instructions, no cd to download and plan and simple a waste of money the little green light doesnt even go on.
Could someone please tell me how this thing works a manual PLEASE

Do a web search, put in the webcam's model number in, look for drivers and a manual that way.

You can buy a new webcam with drivers for about $10 anyway, why bother with a used ebay item? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826193057
