I have the HP P1230 crt monitor, it's basically a diamondtron monitor. Is there any possible way to force 240hz+ for this monitor? The Horizontal rate is 140khz, I tried using powerstrip but I still get out of sync. Is it any possible at all?

you cannot force what hardware does not support. whatever the hardware maximums are... this is what you are limited to.
