640x480 @240hz

I have the HP P1230 crt monitor, it's basically a diamondtron monitor. Is there any possible way to force 240hz+ for this monitor? The Horizontal rate is 140khz, I tried using powerstrip but I still get out of sync. Is it any possible at all?
