Man, that's just cruel. Imagine if you had a problem where you actually needed your car stolen, and the poor soul who did you the favor got busted for it...

I don't know, but it would be an easy collar simply to leave a bait car under a highway overpass with the keys in the ignition. Someone would come by, see the keys in the ignition, assume you WANTED the car stolen, and oblige. And how do they return the favor?
