can not reconnect my network

I have mirosoft 500 wireless modem. It worked great at my
last place connected to an old moden for dsl. I have
moved recently and tried to connect to a new dsl moden
using the same base station computer and lap tops but it
won't connect. SBC guy says I need to reset my wireless
modem or change password or something .. Don't know how
to go about it any help??? out there thanks

You need to change your settings in the WAN page of the router. If you
changed ISP's then all the information over there might have changed. I
bet that is what they are talking about.

If the connection is PPPoE, you must type your user name in the form user
name@ameritec.net or user name@sbcglobal.net. Make sure your settings are
revised on the base station, or else it won't talk to your ISP.
