Which reports correctly temp correctly? Bios?

I have a asus a7v133 and the bios reports a temp of 48-52 cel and when windows boots up the asus probe software the motherboard came with reports 61 cel so is the bios or software more acurate?

I often wonder the same thing. I get a different reading from the bios and Via hardware monitor and SiSoft, so I am totally confused My guess is that the bios is usually the most correct.
